EXAM GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS
♦ A regular time table for studies to be followed with short intervals in between.
♦ Mild exercises to be done to relax such as Deep Breathing, Yoga etc., to improve concentration.
♦ Normal sleep routine to be followed.
♦ A balanced diet.
♦ Get the help of teachers and parents from time to time.
♦ Above all believe in yourself, never fear and try your best.
